Yes we are able to send a large selection of our products internationally. We recommend you fill in our International Shipping Form for more information.
When will my order arrive?
Each item is made to order and lead times can vary. Smart Showers will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you via email when your goods are dispatched.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can. Enter the Smart Showers address on the delivery address details in the checkout. We will contact you when the order is ready to collect. Please be aware there are only a small number of parking spaces available. Please call 01793 822775 to advise that you would like to collect your order, and we will arrange a suitable time.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Please let us know within 24 hours of your expected delivery time if your order has not arrived. Call 01793 822775 and an advisor will track your order. If Smart Showers receives no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
Why has my order been delayed?
While the vast majority of orders will be delivered on time, there can be a small number of parcels that are delayed. This could be because of a carrier problem or manufacture / finishing delays. We will advise you of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them. Italy manufacturing does have an August shutdown - orders placed towards the end of July may be subject to a September production and despatch.
My parcel is damaged. What should I do?
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please take a photograph of the damaged parcel. Do not open it. Please call 01793 822775 and an advisor will assist you.
How do I cancel an order?
You must contact a member of our team within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note if goods are made to order, made to your specification or already in production then the order cannot be cancelled. If the stocked order goods have already been dispatched, you will have to follow the Returns Policy guidelines.
